Job Description
- Experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support (Systems management), operations
- Good expertise in deploying MS Technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Lync, O365 etc
- Thorough technical knowledge of Windows platform (Windows, AD, VMware and Hyper – V)
- Should have good analytical/logical approach on troubleshooting for resolving hardware issues related to Servers ( such as HP Dell, IBM)
- Server Blades, Blade enclosures, Blade networking such as Virtual Connect, VC FC, FF
- Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues on environments running various Operating Systems such as Windows, Linux, VMware, ESX etc. desired.
- Expertise on Windows heterogeneous platform environments, including MS Clustering, NLB, backup operations, Middleware applications (Terminal Services, Citrix)
- Deep technical skills on Microsoft Core components are mandatory (DNS, DHCP, WINS)
- Strong Experience in MS Exchange, Office 365, Skype for business, lync etc
- Experience with installation and configuration of Active directory, Exchange
- Experience in O365, configuration & Migration
- Good Knowledge of Server Hardware/RAID, SAN, Backup Applications
- Good knowledge in Azure, AWS , Google cloud and other private cloud solutions like Rackspace and Softlayer.
- Good Knowledge of Server Hardware/RAID, SAN, Backup Applications

- Proficiency in English

- Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Good understanding about upgrading, transitioning and migrating Active Directory to the latest version
- Good understanding Active Directory Tools that will help in Troubleshooting, Monitoring and fine tuning of Active Directory
- Good understanding of mail flow design
- Product and technology oriented certifications on the relevant areas
- Clear communication and good customer handling skills
- Should be flexible for 24*7 shifts
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal preferred
