Job Description
- Provide DevOps support to clients, working in different shifts
- Solve issues related to production, development and users in a timely manner
- Design and implement customized solutions for clients
- Identify potential issues in development phase and redesign the infrastructure
- Troubleshoot issues related to failed builds and deployments in test and production environments
- Analyze server logs and work with development teams to fix potential issues
- Manage and operate software configuration and release activities
- Develop and implement automation for deployment and configuration tasks.
- Work with development team and identify IT infrastructure needs
- Provide support for version control systems like GIT
- Document system configurations
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2 to 4 Years experience
- Good knowledge in scripting – Python/Bash
- Familiar with tools like Jenkins / Puppet / Chef / Ansible / Docker / GIT
- Expertise in cloud technologies and services like AWS or GCP
- Ability to understand software code (basics) to troubleshoot infra side issues
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude
